To the Staff and management of Discovery Cove.
My wife and I had the very great pleasure of visiting you during the month of February 2015. When we first arrived it was a bit too cold for us to swim with your dolphins as we both already had a chill, and both elderly and disabled.
You were kind enough to re schedule our swim till the following week. When we returned, we still had chills on us, and did not to effect the dolphins and so cancelled our swim.
I felt I had to e-mail our thanks for the help and consideration that was shown to us.
We were given a wonderful complimentary Cabana.
In all, we have never been treated, or looked after so well. It really made our visit special.
